4. Client Responsibilities
By using HumanEssays, you agree to:

- Not redistribute, resell, or publish our work as a product or service without written permission

- Promotional pricing is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time
6. Revisions & Refund Policy
Revisions: We offer free revisions where the delivered work does not meet the original brief submitted at checkout. Revision requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. We do not accept revision requests based on new instructions not included in the original order.
Refunds: You may be eligible for a partial or full refund in the following circumstances:
- The order was not delivered by the agreed deadline

- A duplicate payment was made in error

All website content — including text, design, branding, and code — remains the intellectual property of HumanEssays and may not be reproduced without written consent.
9. Prohibited Uses
You may not use HumanEssays to:
